Nature of the Case Complaint filed by Bong County Attorney Jonathan Flomo alleged that two officials of the County, Mr. Stephen J. Mulbah, Chairperson of the Bong County Project Management Committee (PMC) and Mr. Paul A. Solunteh, Assistant Superintendent for Fiscal Affairs were involved in alleged malfeasance by engaging in activities which amount to deviation to expenditure plan.
