Nyenabo including other members of their criminal enterprise that the amount of USD$62,775.00 and USD$225,300.00 was misappropriated.

The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC), on January 2026, informed the general public through its official Facebook page that the First Judicial Circuit, Criminal Court “C” for Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia, had issued a writ of arrest for former officials of the National Center for the Coordination of Response Mechanism (NCCRM), Monrovia, Liberia, Dr. Roland Clark, former Executive Director, and Mr. Peter W. Nyenabo, former Comptroller. The statement further revealed that both Dr. Clark and Mr. Nyenabo are charge with economic sabotage (fraud on the internal revenue of Liberia; theft and/or illegal disbursement and expenditure of public money; misuse of public money, property, or record), theft of property, criminal conspiracy, and criminal facilitation. The statement issued declared both Dr. Clark and Mr. Nyenabo WANTED BY THE COURT. The Court has commanded the Sheriff of Montserrado County, or his lawful deputy, to arrest them and produce them before Criminal Court “C”, First Judicial Circuit, Montserrado County, during its November Term, A.D. 2025, to answer to the charges contained in the indictment.
