Nature of the Case The Supreme Court of Liberia upheld the conviction of former Police Inspector General Beatrice Munah Sieh-Brown and four others for corruption and financial impropriety regarding purchase of uniform for the Emergency Response Unit (ERU) of the Liberia National Police (LNP). The former Police Chief and her Deputy, Harris Mannah Dunn conspired with a Nigerian Businessman, Prince Aknermi and three others and were found liable to the tone of US$199,800.
