Summary of the Case It is alleged that the Bureau of State Enterprise contracted the services of various companies for the procurement of goods and services. The LACC investigation pointed out that the payment of USD$ 364,000.00 was made but the various corporations / vendors had allegedly delivered partially or a have yet to delivers as required. The investigation also stated that it is alleged that remittances sent to your institution by State Owned Enterprises (SOE) are misappropriated and cannot be accounted for.
Nature of the Case It is alleged that the Bureau of State Enterprise contracted the service of various companies: H&A Corporation, SOK, Group of Companies, Best Choice Stationery, LIB AAK Company 2Tango incorporated, Flex Group Inc. among others for the procurement of goods and services such as 125kva Generator, Scratch cards, office furniture, vehicle etc. These procurement for goods and services were partially delivered/performed or yet to be deliver/performed as required.
