Nature of Case

It is alleged that USD$ 20,000.00 was allotted and disbursed to purchase fuel for the entity's standby generator and fuel was never purchased. The LACC investigations reveals that the CEO Hon. George W. K. Yarngo authorized the disbursement of USD$ 6,000.00 for the maintenance and repairs of the entity's standby generator but service was not performed. Additionally, the investigation pointed out that USD$ 30,000.00 was allotted and disburse for cleaning materials and to hire a firm for the fumigation of the office but no evidence to show to the effect.
