Summary of the Case It is alleged that between January and June of 2024, the amount of USD$ 20,000.00 was allotted and disbursed to purchase fuel for the entity's standby generator but investigation reveal that the fuel was never purchased and the money cannot be accounted for. The investigations also reveals that the CEO Hon. George W. K. Yarngo authorized the disbursement of USD$ 6,000.00 for the maintenance and repairs of the entity's standby generator but service was not performed and that the funds cannot be accounted for. Additionally, the investigation pointed out that USD$ 30,000.00 was allotted and disburse for cleaning materials and to hire a firm for the fumigation of the office but the investigation reveal that no evidence of materials bought to show to the effect.
