Complaint emanating from Mr. Mark Day, Special Agent in
Charge for Africa, Europe, Latin America and the
Caribbean Division, reveals that USAID implementing partner CHEMONICS misapplied USD$ 1.4 million. According to the complaint, USAID Implementing partner CHEMONIC misapplied 1.4 million that is intended for transporting medical
commodities from Ministry of Health central medical warehouse to facility or community level medical facilities.
