Nature of Case

Complaint from I.G Danex Liberia LTD., an engineering company operating in Liberia and headed by Mr. Godfery I. Daniel, alleged that the superintendent of Grand Gedeh County misappropriated and diverted project fund for the construction of the Grand Gedeh County Community College in Zwedru. Even though the Government of Liberia has made full payment for the completion of the college project but Mr. Kaiye Farley (superintendent) used the project funds for his personal use.
