Summary of the Case Bropleh was tried and convicted by the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Tubmanburg, Bomi County, in 2012, but took an Appeal to the Supreme Court of Liberia. Bropleh stood trial in a US$71, 000 economic sabotage case. Bropleh underwent trial for the second time at the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Tubmanburg, Bomi County. His first prosecution ended in a hung verdict in 2010, when three of the 12-member empanelled jurors ruled in favor of the accused at the time.
