Summary of the Case
Nature of the Case The Liberia Anti- Corruption Commission in its 'First Quarter Report 2025' noted that it has completed investigation related to the 2023 Special Compliance Audit of the LTA by the General Auditing Commission. The findings according to the LACC reveals that the Liberia Telecommunication Authority (LTA) did not remit the GoL share of accrued revenue, there was no evidence of a bidding process initiated for the hiring of a project independent evaluator for the LTA headquarters construction contract, and there was no evidence of a contract signed under the Liberia Digital Transformation project (LDTP) with TAMMA corporation and 231 Data Incorporated that implemented the Digital Transformation Project.
