The findings according to the LACC reveals that the Liberia Telecommunication Authority (LTA) did not remit the GoL share of accrued revenue, there was no evidence of a bidding process initiated for the hiring of a project independent evaluator for the LTA headquarters construction contract, and there was no evidence of a contract signed under the Liberia Digital Transformation project (LDTP) with TAMMA corporation and 231 Data Incorporated that implemented the Digital Transformation Project. |
