Complaint from an anonymous source reveals act of corruption
involving the Project Management Committee (PMC)of Gbarpolu County, surrounding a contract that was awarded to The City Lion Group Inc., a merchandise company for the purchase of a yellow machine in the tone of twenty-eight million five hundred thousand Liberian dollars (28,500,000.00 LRD). Full payment was made to the contractor but he is yet to deliver.
