Scope of Sanction

Subject to sanctions pursuant to Executive Order No. 13599, which blocks property belonging to the Government of Iran. U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in any transaction with an entity blocked under E.O. 13599, and any assets it may have under US jurisdiction are frozen.

Reason for Sanction

Тhe сompany "BLUE TANKER SHIPPING SA" has been identified as acting on behalf of the Government of Iran and is subject to sanctions pursuant to Executive Order No. 13599.
