Scope of Sanction

U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in any transaction with an entity blocked under E.O. 13599, and any assets it may have under US jurisdiction are frozen.

Reason for Sanction

Тhe сompany "GARBIN NAVIGATION LTD" has been identified as acting on behalf of the Government of Iran and is subject to sanctions pursuant to Executive Order No. 13599, which blocks property belonging to the Government of Iran. Garbin is registered in Liberia with its address at 80 Broad Street, Monrovia.. It is also registered in the UAE.
