Allegation: that the Liberian Government is indebted to China Builder as a consequence of which a court judgment was rendered against the Gov’t of Liberia. The said amount (US $300,000.00) remained unpaid although a GAC Audit of Grand Bassa Community College (GBCC) showed that the amount in question was paid to China Builder, a claim China Builder denied.
